徳丸吉彦は、日本の音楽学者。民族音楽、音楽記号学、幼児教育が専門。お茶の水女子大学名誉教授、聖徳大学教授、放送大学客員教授。

Yoshihiko Tokumaru is a Japanese musicologist. Specializes in folk music, music semiology, and early childhood education. Professor Emeritus of Ochanomizu University, Professor of Seitoku University, Visiting Professor of the Open University of Japan.
Yoshihiko Tokumaru was born in 1936 and graduated from the Department of Aesthetics, Faculty of Letters, University of Tokyo. After that, he studied abroad at Laval University in France and obtained a doctorate. From assistant professor at Kunitachi College of Music, he became professor at Ochanomizu University, and later became professor emeritus. Since 2004, he has been a professor at the Open University of Japan, and since 2015, he has been working as a professor in the composition and music research course of the Department of Comprehensive Music, Faculty of Music, Seitoku University.
