柳原良平は、日本のイラストレーター、漫画家、アニメーション作家、エッセイスト。東京都出身。西村捨三のひ孫で、元読売ジャイアンツの広田順は再従兄弟にあたる。
イラストレーターとして多くの作品を発表し、サントリーのCMキャラクター「アンクルトリス」が人気を呼んだ。また、個人アニメーション作品も制作。1964年に開高健、山口瞳らとともに広告制作会社サン・アドを設立。

Ryohei Yanagihara is a Japanese illustrator, manga artist, animation writer, and essayist. Born in Tokyo. He is the great-grandson of Sutezo Nishimura and his second cousin Jun Hirota, formerly of the Yomiuri Giants.
He has published many works as an illustrator, and his Suntory commercial character ``Uncle Triss'' became popular. He also produces personal animation works. In 1964, he established the advertising production company Sun-Ad with Ken Kaiko and Hitomi Yamaguchi.
