Yuki Ibuki is a woman from Mie Prefecture who works as a novelist. He serves as Yokkaichi City Tourism Ambassador and Owase Tourism Ambassador. Additionally, in Iwate Prefecture, he has been appointed Michinoku Morioka Hometown Ambassador.
After graduating from Mie Prefectural Yokkaichi High School, Yuki Ibuki studied at the Department of Law, Faculty of Law, Chuo University. After that, he joined a publishing company and worked in the magazine editorial department and as a freelance writer.
