Yuko Shirasaki is a famous Japanese cooking expert and the leader of the organic cooking class "Shirasaki Chakai." We hold classes in an old folk house in Hayama, Kanagawa Prefecture, and offer a wide range of recipes such as gluten-free and vegan sweets and ground-flour bread.
In 2001, he opened the organic cafe "Mameka Tea Ceremony" in Saitama Prefecture and started the cooking class "Modern Tea Ceremony". From 2008 to the present, we have been holding the "Shirasaki Chakai" organic cooking class by the sea.
