厚生労働官僚・上智大学教授で、アゼルバイジャン共和国特命全権大使を務めた香取照幸は、麻布高等学校卒業後、東京大学法学部卒業し、厚生省（現在の厚生労働省）に入省。国民健康保険課、薬務局経済課など異動するほか、OECD事務局研究員としてフランスに派遣された。

Teruyuki Katori, a health, labor and welfare official, professor at Sophia University, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan, graduated from Azabu High School, then the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo, and joined the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (currently the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare).
