Makoto Usami is a Japanese horror and mystery writer. Lives in Matsuyama City. I have loved Holmes and Lupine since I was a child, and I joined a book club as a librarian in elementary school. I was a college student who read one novel a day. This experience later led to him entering the world of ghost stories.
After entering the workforce, he began writing in his 40s and applied for the Matsuyama City Botchan Literary Award.
