As a nun of the Soto sect, for over half a century from the end of the 20th century to the present, she trained nuns as the director of the Aichi Nunnery, and on certain days she promoted the opening of the monastery to the public and held Zen meditation sessions for believers. He played an important role in expanding the international influence of the Soto sect. As a master, he studied under Okomasa Uchiyama and Suigan Yogo, and has produced many masters himself.
