In 2012, when he was a first-year student at the Department of Aesthetics and Art, Faculty of Letters, Doshisha University, he applied for the 8th Japan Love Story Award with his work ``Today, I Breathe with You.'' It was published as a secret work in Takarajimasha Bunko. He is also the author of the ``Sound! Euphonium Series'', which has a brass band theme, and won the 42nd Eiji Yoshikawa Prize for New Writers in 2021 for a work that also has a brass band theme.
