全卓樹は、日本の理論物理学者、随筆家。量子力学と数理物理学の専門家であり、量子ゲーム理論で知られる。
高知工科大学環境理工学群教授を務め、その他、高知工科大学大学院工学研究科長や工学部長も歴任。理学博士（東京大学）の資格を持つ。
著書に「エキゾティックな量子」、「銀河の片隅で科学夜話」などがある。共同著作としては「Quantum Aspects of Life」が挙げられる。

Takuki Zen is a Japanese theoretical physicist and essayist. He is an expert in quantum mechanics and mathematical physics, and is known for his quantum game theory.
