English Summary
**A manga artist who is filled with love for the world of Kirby through his works. **
Hikawa Hikawa is a Japanese manga artist. Born in 1967. His most famous work is ``Kirby: Dedede's Pupupu Monogatari''.
He has worked on many comic adaptations of games and anime. In particular, the comic adaptation of Kirby, ``Kirby: Dedede's Pupupu Monogatari,'' continued as a popular manga for over 10 years.
However, in the reportage manga published in the July 2017 issue of Gessan, Hikawa himself denied the rumors that the series had suddenly ended. In fact, it became clear that his motivation had decreased since then, his assistants had left the studio, and his drawing ability had declined.
After the series ended, he stopped working as a manga artist and instead traded stocks, but the Lehman Shock almost killed him off. However, in 2017, he made a comeback with a new work published in Monthly CoroCoro Comic. Since then, he has resumed his activities as a manga artist, albeit at a slow pace.
Currently, he creates his works completely analogously, without any assistants. His hobbies include baseball and stock trading.
