三条陸は、日本の漫画原作者・脚本家。複数の別名義を使用して活動し、イニシャルをR・Sで統一している。
作家としての経歴は長く、特撮やアニメに関わる仕事に憧れ小学校低学年の頃からウルトラマンを作りたいと言っていた。漫画を描くことが好きで漫画家にも憧れていた。明治大学付属明治高校で美術部に入り、映画研究会も入った。ゼミでは日本の古典文学を研究した。
大学時代に「RH-の椎原」「椎原竜次」名義でアニメや特撮の同人誌を製作し、「須田留貧」名義で活動するようになった。また、同人誌『テレビラドン』には宇宙刑事シャリバンの漫画が掲載された。
大学卒業後、三条陸はシナリオ制作会社十八VAN PLANNING（後のキャラテックス株式会社）を設立し、シナリオ以外にも週刊誌の記事や玩具の企画などを行った。大学卒業後も「三条陸」「須田留貧」名義を使い回していた。
1986年にOVA『装鬼兵MDガイスト』でアニメ脚本家デビューし、翌年には漫画原作者としてコミックボンボンにラジコン漫画『スカイボンバー一直線』を連載した。
2013年から2014年の間は仮面ライダーシリーズのメインライターを務め、「人間に必要なものはすべて描き出す力だ」というキャッチコピーを持つ。

Riku Sanjo is a Japanese manga original author and screenwriter. They operate under multiple aliases, but their initials are R and S.
