日本の小説家。岐阜県出身。ミステリー小説の分野で活躍し、数々の賞を受賞している。
小説家としての活動は大学時代から始まった。当時はウェブサイト「汎夢殿」を運営しており、作品を発表していた。卒業後も岐阜県高山市で書店員をしながら執筆を続け、2001年には『氷菓』でデビューを果たした。この作品はミステリー&ホラー部門の奨励賞を受賞した。
