Born in Tomigaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Spent his childhood in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Yokohama City, and Uenohara City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Since his father, Matsumi Suzuki, was an engineer at the National Police Science Research Institute and an acoustics researcher, from the 1980s he helped with audio analysis for cases such as the Glico Morinaga Incident and the downing of Korean Air Lines Incident.
Graduated from Meisei High School, Nihon University in 1989, and Department of Applied Physics, College of Arts and Sciences, Nihon University in 1993. In the same year, he was in charge of criminal audio analysis in a digital recording environment for the first time in the Kofu Shinkin Bank office lady kidnapping and murder case.
After that, he explored the fusion of entertainment and sound technology and launched the ``Dolittle Project.''
