**民法を中心とした法学の理論と実務の先駆者**
日本の法学者で、中央大学教授・法学部長。専門は民事法学であり、法学修士も保持しています。
法学修士で、法律学科卒業後、博士前期課程修了を経て、2000年代に全国地方銀行協会や岩手大学などで勤めました。その後、独協大学や國學院大学などで非常勤講師や助教授を務めました。そして2017年に中央大学通信教育部長となり、2023年には法学部長になりました。

Japanese legal scholar, professor and dean of the Faculty of Law at Chuo University. He specializes in civil law and holds a master's degree in law.
After graduating from the law department with a master's degree in law, he completed the master's program and worked at the National Regional Bankers Association and Iwate University in the 2000s. After that, he served as a part-time lecturer and assistant professor at Dokkyo University and Kokugakuin University.
