藤原行成は、平安時代の中期の公卌。官位は正二位・権大納言。一条朝四納言の一人。世尊寺家の祖。当代の能書家として三蹟の一人に数えられ、その書は後世「権蹟」と称された。
藤原行成は、天禄3年（972年）に生まれ、祖父の摂政・藤原伊尹の猶子となる。しかし、祖父は同年中に薨去し、さらに天延2年（974年）父・義孝も急死したため、一族の没落を受けて外祖父・源保光の庇護を受けて成長する。
行成は蔵人頭に任ぜられるが、その後弁官になっていない。しかし、力量を認められ、翌長徳2年（996年）4月になって権左中弁に任官している。そして、同年8月に正左中弁の藤原忠輔が右大弁に昇ると、行成は上位の相方を差し置いて正左中弁に昇格した。
長徳4年（998年）に臨時に従四位上に叙せられる。そして、7月に左大弁・源扶義が没したため右大弁のポストが空くが、これに対して再び行成と源相方が競合する。しかし、行成は競望の不条理を反論し、左大臣・藤原道長もこの反論を容認した。そして、10月には行成は右大弁に昇格する。

Fujiwara Yukinari was a public figure in the middle of the Heian period. His official rank was Shonio Second Rank, Gon Dainagon. One of Ichijo Asashinagon. The founder of the Sesonji family. He was counted as one of the three great calligraphers of the time, and his calligraphy was later called ``Gonseki.''
Fujiwara Yukinari was born in 972 and was the adopted son of his grandfather, the regent Fujiwara Itada. However, his grandfather passed away in the same year, and his father, Yoshitaka, also died suddenly in 974, so he grew up under the protection of his maternal grandfather, Yasumitsu Minamoto, as his family declined.
Yukinari was appointed Kurado-gashira, but he did not become Benkan after that. However, his ability was recognized and he was appointed Gonsa Chuben in April of the following year, 996. Then, in August of the same year, when Chusuke FUJIWARA no Tadasuke, who had been a Sei-san Chuben, was promoted to Udai-ben, Yukinari was promoted to Sei-Sa Chuben, leaving behind his higher-ranking partner.

Then, in July, due to the death of Sadaiben and Minamoto no Fuyoshi, the post of Udaiben became vacant, and Yukinari and Minamoto partner competed for this position again. However, Yukinari refuted the absurdity of competition, and Michinaga FUJIWARA no Michinaga, the Minister of the Left, accepted this refutation. In October, Yukinari was promoted to Udaiben.
