English Summary
Catchphrase: "A manga artist who appeals to readers about the hopeless irrationality of the world."
Manga artist. Born and residing in Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture. His nickname is Gotchin. His younger brother is the manga artist Gotsubo☆Masaru. His wife is also a manga artist, Nao Gotsubon. He also has an older brother who helps him make manga. Debuted in 2000 and won the 9th Ace Newcomer Manga Award Encouragement Award for ``It's a Beautiful Day.''
His representative works are ``Anikoi'' and ``Sasameke.'' He loves soccer and writes on his Twitter profile, ``I support Gamba and Inter.'' Although he once drew a manga based on high school soccer, he only joined a soccer club when he was in elementary school (because there were no soccer clubs in junior high or high school). I also like figures and candy toys, and often feature them on my blog.
