Ryusuke Hikawa is a Japanese anime and special effects researcher, a professor at ZEN University's Department of Intelligence and Information Society, a specially appointed professor at Meiji University's Graduate School of International Japanese Studies, and vice-chairman of the Anime and Special Effects Archives.
