高木和子（たかぎ かずこ、1964年 - ）は、日本の国文学者、放送大学教授。専門は「源氏物語」を中心とした古代日本文学。
兵庫県生まれ。1988年東京大学文学部卒業。1991年、同大学院人文科学研究科修士課程修了。1996年、同大学院人文社会系研究科博士課程単位取得退学、同年から97年まで同大学院研究生。1998年、「源氏物語論 主題と表現」で博士（文学）の学位を取得、東京大学大学院人文社会系研究科博士課程修了。同年、関西学院大学文学部専任講師、のち助教授。2007年、同准教授。2008年、同教授。2013年、東京大学大学院人文社会系研究科准教授、2017年、同教授。なお、東京大学国文科初の女性教員である。2026年、放送大学教授。

Kazuko Takagi (born 1964) is a Japanese literature scholar and professor at the Open University of Japan. His specialty is ancient Japanese literature, centering on "The Tale of Genji."
Born in Hyogo Prefecture. Graduated from the Faculty of Letters, University of Tokyo in 1988. In 1991, completed the master's program at the same graduate school of humanities. In 1996, he withdrew from the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Humanities and Sociology, and was a research student at the same graduate school from the same year to 1997. In 1998, he earned a doctoral degree in literature for ``The Tale of Genji: Theme and Expression'' and completed the doctoral course at the Graduate School of Humanities and Sociology, the University of Tokyo. In the same year, he became a full-time lecturer in the Faculty of Letters, Kwansei Gakuin University, and later became an assistant professor. In 2007, he became an associate professor. Professor in 2008. In 2013, he became an associate professor at the Graduate School of Humanities and Sociology, the University of Tokyo, and in 2017, he became a professor there. Additionally, she is the first female faculty member at the Department of Japanese Literature at the University of Tokyo. In 2026, Professor at the Open University of Japan.
