樋口陽一（ひぐちよういち）は、日本の法学者。専門は憲法学で、学位は法学博士（東北大学・1964年）。東北大学名誉教授、東京大学名誉教授、日本学士院会員、日仏会館名誉理事長。また、立憲デモクラシーの共同代表を務め、日本学士院賞受賞。

Yoichi Higuchi is a Japanese legal scholar. His specialty is constitutional law and his degree is Doctor of Laws (Tohoku University, 1964). Professor emeritus of Tohoku University, professor emeritus of the University of Tokyo, member of the Japan Academy, and honorary president of the Franco-Japanese Institute. He also served as co-representative of Constitutional Democracy and won the Japan Academy Award.

Born in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Tohoku University, he studied abroad at the University of Paris II (Panthéon Assus) as a French government-funded student. Afterwards, after serving as a professor at Tohoku University, he became a professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo in 1980, where he taught constitutional law and national law. After retiring, he served as a professor at the Faculty of Law at Sophia University and a specially appointed professor at the Faculty of Law at Waseda University.
