Isamu Miyazaki (1923-2016) was a Japanese economic bureaucrat, politician, and economist. During his career as an economic planning bureaucrat, he served as Director-General of the Economic Stability Headquarters and Director-General of the Economic Planning Agency.

Miyazaki graduated from the former Saga High School and then the Faculty of Economics at Tokyo Imperial University in 1947.
