After graduating from the Faculty of Commerce at Otaru University of Commerce, he passed the Certified Public Accountant Examination in 1990 and opened Sato Certified Public Accountant Office. In 2002, after completing the master's program at Otaru University of Commerce Graduate School of Commerce, established Knowledge Plaza Ltd.
