Toshiaki Matsumoto (1947-) is a Japanese military researcher. Born in Aki District, Kochi Prefecture. Graduated from Kochi Prefectural Aki High School in 1967, and graduated from the Department of Political Science, Faculty of Political Science and Economics, Meiji University in 1971. As a journalist, he covered conflict zones such as the United States, Thailand, Cambodia, the Northern Territories, Egypt, and Russia, and in 1995 became a director of the Institute for Cultural Pluralism.
His books include ``Become a Strong Person Who Is Not Affected by Personnel Changes,'' ``For Whom Is Defending?
