独立行政法人住宅金融支援機構（JHF）は、2007年に発足した政策金融機関で、住宅ローンなどの業務を行っています。所管は国土交通省と財務省です。

The Japan Housing Finance Agency (JHF) is a policy-based financial institution established in 2007 that provides services such as housing loans. The jurisdiction is the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Ministry of Finance.
