Novelist Keiko Yamaguchi is a female writer from Tokyo. After graduating from Waseda University, he worked at a jewelry and fur import and sales company, then joined Shochiku Scenario Research Institute in his mid-30s, and at the age of 35 acquired the skill to write scenarios. Afterwards, at the age of 45, while working at a cafeteria as a head chef, he wrote novels, one of which was ``The Evil Sword'', which made his debut as a writer in 2007. Currently, he has published many novels, and won the 20th Matsumoto Seicho Prize for ``Moonlight Shanghai.''
