武鹿悦子は日本の児童詩人、児童文学作家、翻訳家です。フランス民謡の曲や、日本の童謡を多数発表し、1983年と2014年に産経児童出版文化賞、日本童謡賞を受賞しました。また、2009年に三郷町図書館に「武鹿文庫」を設立しました。著書には《えりちゃんのひみつ》《七色のきっぷ》《いっしょにおはなみ》など多数あります。
