遠藤功（えんどう いさお）は、1956年に東京都で生まれました。日本の経営者と経営学者の分野で活躍しています。1979年に早稲田大学商学部を卒業後、三菱電機に入社し、MBA取得しました。その後はボストン・コンサルティング・グループ、アンダーセン・コンサルティング、ブーズ・アレン・ハミルトンのコンサルティングファームに勤務した後、ローランド・ベルガー日本法人で代表取締役社長となり、2006年から2016年まで早稲田大学ビジネススクール教授を兼任しました。
遠藤さんは著書20冊以上を執筆し、日本経済新聞出版の「伸び続ける会社の「ノリ」の法則」やゴマブックスの「図解現場力」などが有名です。

Isao Endo was born in Tokyo in 1956. He is active in the field of Japanese managers and management scholars. After graduating from Waseda University's Faculty of Commerce in 1979, he joined Mitsubishi Electric and earned an MBA. After that, he worked at consulting firms such as Boston Consulting Group, Andersen Consulting, and Booz Allen Hamilton, before becoming President and Representative Director of Roland Berger Japan Corporation, and concurrently serving as a professor at Waseda University Business School from 2006 to 2016.
