Kosuke Sawamura is a Japanese novelist and mystery writer. Born in Osaka Prefecture, graduated from Hannan University's Faculty of Economics.
In 2007, he won the 4th Mysteries! Newcomer Award sponsored by Tokyo Sogensha for his short story ``Indian Summer Troubles'' (retitled ``Night Barber Shop''). The year before he received the award, he was a finalist for the award for ``The Man Who Sells Sleeping Beauty.'' He made his debut in 2011 with the publication of ``Indian Summer Riots'' (retitled ``Night Barber Shop'' when it was published as a paperback), a collection of short stories that included these two stories.
Although he has only produced a small number of works, his ability has been highly praised, with his works being included in the annual anthology ``Honkaku Mystery 09'' selected by the Honkaku Mystery Writers Club.
