Yasunobu Togawa was the third lord of the Niwase domain in Bicchu Province, and the second son of his father, Seian, the second lord of the domain. In 1669, he took over as head of the family upon his father's death. As a result, he died on December 27, 1674, at the age of 27. He was succeeded by his eldest son, Anpu.
