Masatane Koike (September 21, 1930 - January 26, 2014) was a Japanese researcher of Japanese literature. His specialty was early modern Japanese literature, particularly the late early modern period's Kusazoshi and Kibyoshi genres.
He was a trailblazer among university faculty who graduated from Tokyo Gakugei University. He also founded the "Sora no Kai" and left a significant mark on Kusazoshi research.
