小坂井敏晶（こざかい としあき）は、日本の社会心理学者。パリ第8大学心理学部准教授を務めた。フランスの大学に学び博士号を取得し、在仏し社会心理学を研究。新たな視点での日本人論と共同体論を構築する。

フランスで学び、社会科学高等研究院修了、社会心理学博士。高い評価を受け、1994年にフランス国立リール第三大学准教授、2002年パリ第８大学に異動する。2022年に退官し、現在はパリ西郊外サンジェルマン・アン・レー在住。

Toshiaki Kozakai is a Japanese social psychologist. He was an associate professor at the Department of Psychology at the University of Paris VIII. Toshiaki Kosakai entered Waseda University's Faculty of Letters in 1977, but since high school he was passionate about track and field hockey and entered university to play hockey.
