山﨑友也は広島県出身の鉄道写真家。1970年9月11日生まれで、血液型A型（乙女座）。日本大学芸術学部写真学科卒業後、真島満秀写真事務所で師事し、1998年に独立。現在は有限会社レイルマンフォトオフィスを中心に活動している。JPS（社団法人日本写真家協会）、PSJ（社団法人日本写真協会）などの会員として、鉄道写真の世界で活躍している。また、代表的な著書や監修作品には「夜感鉄道」、「魅惑の夜感鉄道」、「ドラマチック鉄道写真撮影術」などがあり、鉄道写真家の中でも特に知られている。

Tomoya Yamazaki is a railway photographer from Hiroshima Prefecture. Born on September 11, 1970, blood type A (Virgo).
