三井康浩は1961年に滋賀県で生まれた。高校時代に強打者として知られ、ドラフト外で読売ジャイアンツに入団したが、現役を引退するまで二軍暮らしであった。1985年、二軍マネジャーからスコアラーへの転身を経て、2002年にチーフスコアラーとなるなど、巨人のスコアラーとして長く活躍した。
その後は査定室長や野球日本代表のスタッフを務め、日本代表が優勝するなど多くの実績を残している。現在はOffice奏を設立し、講演・著述活動や野球教室での指導を行っている。

Yasuhiro Mitsui was born in Shiga Prefecture in 1961. Known as a strong hitter in high school, he joined the Yomiuri Giants undrafted, but lived in the second team until his retirement. In 1985, he changed from being a second-team manager to a scorer, and in 2002 he became the chief scorer, and was active as a scorer for the Giants for a long time.
After that, he served as the head of the assessment office and as a staff member for the Japan National Baseball National Baseball Team, where he achieved many accomplishments, including helping the Japanese National Team win championships.
