木皿泉は、日本の著名な脚本家。神戸市中央区に在住し、「和泉務」と妻鹿年季子夫婦がペンネームとして活動している。木皿泉は「キザな和泉」からとるペンネームで知られる。
両者は共同で脚本を書くスタイルで、まず登場人物の設定を作成し、次に妻鹿がほぼ一人で執筆する。そして、妻鹿が困ったときに和泉がアイデアを出して場面を展開していくという流れになっている。
2003年に連続テレビドラマ『すいか』で高評価を受けた。翌年には全話の脚本が「シナリオBOOK」として刊行された。また、2005年の『野ブタ。をプロデュース』は好調な視聴率だった。

Izumi Kisara is a famous Japanese screenwriter. They live in Chuo-ku, Kobe City, and the couple Tsutomu Izumi and his wife Tokiko Shika use their pen names. Izumi Kisara is known for her pen name, which comes from ``Kizana Izumi''.
The two work together to write the script, first creating the settings for the characters, then Tsuma-shika writing almost alone. Then, when Tsumaka is in trouble, Izumi comes up with an idea and develops the scene.
In 2003, she received high praise for her role in the TV drama series ``Suika''. The following year, the scripts for all the episodes were published as a ``Scenario Book.'' Also, 2005's Nobuta. ``Produced'' had strong audience ratings.
