日本の児童文学作家、絵本作家、クイズ作家、漫画家として活躍したこのみひかる（1928-2012）氏は、「なぞなぞ漫画」の第一人者として知られる。代表作の『ぴょこたん』シリーズは650万部を超えるベストセラーであり、その影響力は現在も続いている。また、デビューからしばらくは木乃美光名義でも活動していた。生前は日本漫画家協会に所属し、多くの新人を育てた。
