三上真史は日本の園芸デザイナー、俳優、タレント、実業家。新潟県新潟市出身で明治大学政治経済学部卒業。愛称は「園芸王子」と呼ばれる。
テレビドラマや特撮作品を中心に活動しており、『轟轟戦隊ボウケンジャー』では最上蒼太 / ボウケンブルーの役を演じた。2007年からD-BOYSに加入し、2011年からはEテレ『趣味の園芸』のメインナビゲーターを務めた。
