Yuko Shirasaki is a famous Japanese cooking expert and the leader of the organic cooking class "Shirasaki Chakai." We hold classes in an old folk house in Hayama, Kanagawa Prefecture, and offer a wide range of recipes such as gluten-free and vegan sweets and ground-flour bread.
