Painter. Born in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Graduated from Fukuoka Prefectural Kokura High School and Tama Art University. After leaving Sun-Ad Co., Ltd., he began his career as a painter in earnest. Works on many illustrations and bindings for books, magazines, and advertisements. Additionally, he holds a solo exhibition at HB Gallery in Omotesando every December.
His representative works include the illustrations for the children's story ``Hirosuke Children's Picture Book: Kozaru no Kageboshi'' (written by Kosuke Hamada), and the binding of the novel ``Kamome Shokudo'' (by Yoko Gun). He is the editor-in-chief of the doujinshi ``Painter's Notes: April and October,'' and is involved in various club activities such as the Kofun Club, the Bath Club, and the Bar Club. He is also a member of the editorial committee of the Kitakyushu city information newspaper ``Kumo no Ue.''
