著作家で旧白洲邸武相荘館長の牧山桂子は、政治家・白洲次郎と妻の正子の長女。東京都出身。夫は政治家・牧山耕蔵の孫、牧山圭男との間に2子をもうけた。
彼女の著書『次郎と正子―娘が語る素顔の白洲家』は、テレビドラマ『スペシャルドラマ・白洲次郎』（NHK）原案として2009年に放送された。同作は白洲次郎を主人公とした初の映像作品でもある。

Keiko Makiyama, a writer and director of the former Shirasu residence Buaisou, is the eldest daughter of politician Jiro Shirasu and his wife Masako. Born in Tokyo. Her husband had two children with Keio Makiyama, the grandson of politician Kozo Makiyama.
Her book ``Jiro and Masako - The true face of the Shirasu family as told by their daughter'' was aired in 2009 as an original story for the TV drama ``Special Drama Shirasu Jiro'' (NHK). This work is also the first video work featuring Jiro Shirasu as the main character.
