Kenichi Ohmae is a Japanese management consultant and entrepreneur, and a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After serving as president of McKinsey's Japan branch, he has also served as a professor at the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Public Policy, and as a visiting professor at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. In addition to being the President of Business Breakthrough University, he also serves as Professor Emeritus of the Graduate School of International Studies at Ewha Womans University in Korea, and Honorary Visiting Professor of Korea University. He advocated borderless economics and regional state theory, and continues to have a great influence on Japan.
