Shigesato Itoi won the Tokyo Copywriters Club Newcomer's Award in 1975, and later won the award for his copy of ``You're an unfortunate man if you don't understand how good this jumper is!'' for the jeans brand ``WELDGIN'', which was sold by Tomen Apparel.
