Noriyuki Murase is a Japanese manga artist. Born in Hekinan City, Aichi Prefecture, where he currently resides. He mainly creates works that incorporate black humor, and made his debut in 2000 with ``Hankouki'', which was published in a special issue of ``Weekly Shonen Champion.'' Since then, he has written one-shots and serialized works in magazines such as Monthly CoroCoro Comic. His most famous work is ``Keshikasu-kun,'' which won the 53rd Shogakukan Manga Award in the children's category in 2007, and was made into a TV anime on TV Tokyo's ``Oha Suta'' in 2010.
