Both works have been made into TV dramas and pachinko, and have had a wide-ranging influence on the world. ``ROOKIES'' in particular has a theme of high school baseball played by delinquent high schools, and the names of the players are taken from players of the Hanshin Tigers, so this work in particular is something I'm really passionate about.''
