権平ひつじは、日本の漫画家。代表作『夜桜さんちの大作戦』で知られる。
漫画家としての活動を始めるのは、19歳のときから。北海道大学水産学部卒業後も、漫画一本に打ち込む決意を持っていた。2011年に第43回JUMPトレジャー新人漫画賞佳作を受賞する。その後、『少年ジャンプNEXT!』に掲載された『チャコの脱獄論』がデビュー作となる。『週刊少年ジャンプ』で連載された『幻獣医トテク』は、第10回金未来杯を受賞した作品。
