Essayist, travel writer, performance artist, politician. Born in Gifu Prefecture. After graduating from Gifu Prefectural Ogaki Kita High School, graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, Shizuoka University. After that, he joined a film production company, but it went bankrupt after six months. After working as a public relations and event director for Asakusa Samba Carnival, he became a character for a major fast food restaurant, then worked as editor-in-chief of a women's fashion magazine and editor-in-chief of a web magazine, and then founded White Man Project from 2003 to 2007. In 2018, we started the project ``Nihon Sampo'', which is the Japanese version of ``Sekai Sampo'', in which we travel to the best cities, towns and villages in Japan for a week and present the results in various media.
