Tsuneichi Miyamoto
Folklorist, rural leader, and social educator. He conducted fieldwork throughout Japan and left behind a vast amount of records. He established a new field called folk implements studies.
In the field of folklore, he was particularly interested in everyday tools and techniques, and created a new field called folk implements studies.
