詩・文では当時の流行で清に朱彝尊が編んだ『明詩綜』に7篇を収められています。また、後七子の徐中行とも親しく、徐中行が進士となった時には北京に訪問しています。著作の中には『射陽集』『春秋列伝序』『西遊記』があります。

He was also close to Xu Zhongxing, the later seventh son, and visited Beijing when Xu Zhongxing became a senior priest.
