高野雄一は、日本の法学者で専門は国際法。東京大学名誉教授。
日本の国際組織法を代表する著書として知られる『国際組織法』（初版1961年）はこの分野の代表的な著作として知られる。
弁護士・高野弦雄の長男。1941年に東京帝国大学法学部卒業、同助手。指導教官は横田喜三郎。1944年より外務省条約局勤務。
著書には「国際法講義案」、「憲法と条約」、「国際組織法」など多数がある。また、『国際条約集』の共編も行った。
また、1992年に勲三等旭日中綬章を受章した。日本のポツダム宣言受諾を無条件降伏とする説に反対し、江藤淳を支持していた。

The eldest son of lawyer Tsuzuo Takano. Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Tokyo Imperial University in 1941 and became an assistant there. His supervisor was Kisaburo Yokota. Worked at the Treaty Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1944.
He has written many books, including ``International Law Lecture Plan,'' ``Constitutions and Treaties,'' and ``International Organization Law.'' He also co-edited the ``Collection of International Treaties.''
In 1992, he was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Third Class. He opposed the theory that Japan's acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration meant unconditional surrender, and supported Jun Eto.
