Hiroki Nagaoka is a Japanese mystery writer and literary critic. Born in Yamagata Prefecture and lives in the same prefecture. In 2011, the Futaba Bunko version of ``Shiriki'' became a long-selling book, taking first place in the domestic mystery category of ``Recommended Bunko Kingdom 2012,'' published by Hon no Magazine. In particular, the ``Kyojo'' series, a new type of police novel set in a police academy, has been well-received, and was ranked first in the ``Weekly Bunshun Mystery Top 10'' and second in ``This Mystery is Amazing!''.
