坂本勉は日本の元競輪選手・自転車競技選手。日本大学卒業後、競輪学校に入学し卒業記念レースで優勝した。1986年5月10日の青森競輪場でのデビュー戦から初勝利も同日だった。坂本貴史は長男で、100期生坂本周輝が次男で117期生坂本紘規は四男である。同県所属91期生坂本昌宏・105期生坂本周作は甥で自身が師匠。
