白井一幸（1961年6月7日 - ）は、香川県大川郡志度町出身の元プロ野球選手（内野手）、プロ野球コーチ、野球解説者。ジャニーズ事務所の社外取締役。
白井は東都大学野球リーグで活躍し、1983年に全日本大学野球選手権大会で優勝。プロ入り後、日本ハムファイターズにドラフト1位指名され入団。5季連続ベストナイン（二塁手）に選ばれ、1994年には二塁手として545守備機会連続無失策のプロ野球記録を樹立した。
